Micromax Informatics — Problem with the TV and waiting for replacement for more then 4 months | |||
I have been a part of the micromax family for 6 years. We had replaced our old Micormax TV with the new module and features, which has gone faulty. I raised a compliant and they provided the "Job ID - PUD[protected]". Referring to the Job ID - PUD[protected], we have been told that the TV will be replaced and waiting for a replacement for 3 months, with no progressive update from Micromax customer care team. Can some please clarify me on, what is the issue here in providing the replacement and when we can expect the replacement? Was this information helpful? | |||
