[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Product changed when repair within warranty | |||
Dear sir, i have a micromax hue a316 model which i am purchased dt 13/06/[protected]@ rs.12, 200. After 8 months it has bord problem which is told by bhubaneswar (Odisha), bapujinagar authorised branch. Passed 25 dayes it changed and after receiving repair mobile another once it have board problem. Then it take more 22 days for once more board change. My first mobile have 2gb ram. But now i came to know that second bord model is canvas4 a315 which is 1 gb ram. Sir is not it a ford bcoz customer have no idea about this. Why i compromise with my product which is less value. I have lots of proof for company change this product. So why i can, t take any consumer legal action o[censored]. My mobile no is [protected]/[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
