I have purchased a brand new phone(MICROMAX CANVAS Q417) from your authorized dealer(MUSIC WORLD) at sundernagar (H.P.) on dated 25th january 2016.I have gifted it to my friend but after 10 days from the date of purchase its screen has been automatically swithed off.I have went to a dealer regarding the complaint and he replaced it with new one on that time.Yesterday I have faced the same issue again and went to a service center.They checked it but did not found any solution till evening.Today morning I called him and asked for the update then he said there is problem in its software and they are unable to rectify it till now.My query is that in between the 6 months normal time period I am facing the same issue twice and now after repairing its impossible for me to trust on your product again.It is requested to you treat this matter urgently and take necessary action on this complaint.
