I recently gave my device mcromax p480 tablet for repairing work due to charging issues and the guy at the customer care center told me that it will take 1 month for the product to be repaired. After waiting for 2 months i got the product but not the one which i gave as the IMEI No. was different. I receive a 2 yr old product. I was not even told that if my product will be reopaired or repladced. Without my consent it has been replaced and that too with a second hand old model.
