I have submitted my Mobile phone to Micromax Care center but more than a month passed and I didn't get any adequate response from them and I am unaware of the status of my mobile. Every time call them they give a time period of one week but so many weeks passed. Date of Incident: 7 April 2017 Bar Code: N[protected] Item Name: WITHOUT ACC. Purchased handsets micromax 4-5 months old only. call log from online customer care and he told to replace handsets but service center vimanngar pune is worst service center, visit 4-5 times every time told not log in server.
