Dear sir, My phone Micromax blaze q414 is in warranty period. It's mike is not working. I given my phone at Micromax service center on 23sept, 2016 . I went at Micromax service center today bt receptionist says that after 8-10 days ask again about phone because hardware parts not sent from Micromax head office... What is this process???? That is very lazy process...I'll not purchase any Micromax item in future because your service center's employees do not satisfy of customers.. Was this information helpful? | |||
