I purchase a mobile phone Q426 from Lulu mall at Edappally on 07/02/2017, which is the biggest mall in India.
The next day it is not getting on, i went the shop and made a complaint and the salesman done some thing and told that is okey i too find that it is working . Again after two days it is again having the same problem and this time they said it is the soft wire problem and told that i want to replace the item with new one as it is in the warranty period that within seven days they can replace the product, mine was only 5 days passed. I hope it may be replace and i handed over to the floor manager in the shop. after tow days they inform me that your phone is ready so i collected and found working i didnot insists for new one as i get the working phone . but unfortunately again the same problem arise, this time i went to the service centre at Palarivattom, they say same problem it is soft wire problem and they rectified it then and there. I back to home with the phone next day again it shows the same problem. I went to the service centre and handed over the phone and they said that the battery problem I too agree with the service engineer. They took two days to replace the battery and I collect the product from the service centre and it was working but only two days. After two days again same problem the phone become blank and not getting On. This time also i went to the service centre they said the board problem and it will take two to three weeks. I simply handed over to them the product. This is the story behind your customer. He is running with your phone four to five times to service centre and shop by losing his own job and wasting time. This all happened in the span of 20 days. Today that is 28 Feb 2017 I went to Lulu mall to see the General Manager present my problem, unfortunately he told that he did not want to see the customer and refuse to attend my complaint . Now what shall i do as customer, is I should go to consumer court or to raise complaint in social media.
