Micromax Informatics — ref no. krt[protected] - unresolved request since ages

Is this the service being provided to micromax customers. We have raised request several times but we are not getting any update from the support center as well as from the person to whom it is assigned. Have tried calling them many times and they are not visiting even after saying that they will come. Can i please get an update. Your technician has spoiled our lcd tv and now no one is coming to fix it.
