I deposited the out of warranty model-SERMOB0299, Item name - A210 to the SND Enterprise, Fateh Nagar, New Delhi-110018 on 20/08/2016 for no service issue. The motherboard was replaced however camera stopped working. I asked for camera to be repaired. Since the device is obsolete, the part (camera) wasn't available with the service center. It is now being one year. I am struggling for the refund and handover of the my device in working condition.
