[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Regarding lack of proper after sales service

Dear mam, this is to inform you that i had handed over to m/s s. K traders of silchar for repairing my micromax q391 on 03/05/2016 which is still under warranty period. Accordingly they had issued me a receipt mentioning the problem — 4101 power does not switch on. But till now i have not got my my mobile even though i have visited the service centre several times but they could not confirm the status of the mobile. Hence i request you to kindly take the matter seriously or otherwise i will be compelled to take the help of court of law & this may result in the loss of your company's reputation
