[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Regarding mobile micromax q381 product

I have taken a mobile Micromax Q381 black last month Date[protected] but now that mobile is out of order (charging problem) I went your customer service center your employee told me that PCV will change of your mobile and you have to pay RS 3200/- but this phone is under warranty period then why I pay money.

This mobile cost is RS-4500/- and this part cost is RS-3200/- I think this part is soul of mobile then why this part will not under warranty I think this is cheating with your customer.

Sir,
i have micromax x 701 handset .
This mobile cant work .
This cant recieve any new missed/dialed/recieved call.
And cant delete any message or cant
recieve any new message .
Thise complaint also take in hadapsar (pune) micromax
care but he cant work on there...
Pls sir take regards...
