Micromax Informatics — Regarding new ac not cooling

Hi team,

I got a new ac installed 10 days back and it's not cooling since then. I've raised the complaint twice on the toll free customer care number, however i haven't got any revert yet.
I'm leaving this final message expecting a resolution before dropping a complaint to the consumer court.

I had battery charging problem because of this problem I have submitted my mobile to authorized Micromax care. According to
Care saying that there is whole damage of motherboard and motherboard is not going to work which is impossible

So I expect from u that u will take strict action on this
