Micromax Informatics — regarding non- compliance of led monitor(21.5") since 09/18. | |||
I bought a Micromax 2105 inch full HD LED Blacklit IPS panel Monitor( model no.- MM215BHDM1) on 16/05/2018. The monitor stopped working in the end of August, 2018. I complained online in 1st week of september and service center person visited my place and after inspecting it declared that it's mother board is defective and as it was under warranty, I was assured of changing the defective part. But in 10/18, I was told that, "my complain was registered in some other district, so I have to register a new complain". I registered a new complain on 11/10/2018. Regarding this, I have been in regular touch with MUNNA(service center person), ALAM (Micromax service center franchise owner of Jharkhand) & KUNDAN ( Head of Micromax service in Jharkhand).Since, november, 2018, I have been assured of replacement of the monitor as defective part is not available. But whenever I enquired about it, every one tells me that replaced new monitor will be delivered to you very soon. It's more than a month time, but neither the new monitor came to me nor any help from micromax customer care service, irrespective of so many complaints. Now, I have told that as monitor is not available with the company, so a LED of small size will be given to me. I am really fed up with MICROMAX CUSTOMER CARE & it's service center people. Kind look into the matter and either replace me with the same monitor or hand over me my hard earned money. I really thinking of taking this matter to court for such harrasment for 04 MONTHS.
