Micromax Informatics — regarding the repairing of my handset

I purchased a micromax e 485 handset on september 2016, due to some issue in motherboard my handset not working properly. When i reached service center they told me that motherboard need change and i have submitted my handse on date 18.07.2017 but till date my handset not repaired. I done complaint about this in micromax care, they told me that my handset repaired within 5-10 days. But till date handset not repaired.
