Micromax Informatics — Regarding unethical response and bad service offered | |||||
I am pointing out an incident that happened to my friend Renjith. He had given a micromax canvas A1 phone [IMEI no: [protected]] to the authorized micromax service center at Kottayam, Kerala on Dec 15, 2015 for repair. Job code : S[protected]. Reference Number : SER[protected]. Ticket id- 235405. Since he didn't receive any update for almost 2 months, he complained to the micromax help-desk. [Complaint No. MMX[protected]]. He even requested to return the same phone back if it can't be repaired. Not only the phone wasn't repaired, but also there was no response from their part till now. So I request necessary actions to be taken at necessary levels at the very earliest to solve this issue. Also as a customer, I need the status of the phone by the earliest.
