Dear sir/madam, I have booked a complain regarding my micromax smart tv canvas 40" on 20.07.2017. I received sms that complain will be attended by ce-bhanu Electronics-tirupati. Same day technician visited and told me that Motherboard having problem so, it has to replaced which will take 7-10days time and they will inform me once part is available. But even after 45 days over till the tv not get repaired or i am not Informed about how much time it will take to get repaired? Today when i called customer service they told that my complaint is resolved and closed and asked me to make conference call with bhanu electronics tirupati the lady attending call shameless told that they closed the call because they received defective motherboard, and again lodge a complain.
