Micromax Informatics — replacement not done from last 2 and half months | |||
Hi Sir, My LED TV is not working properly from last 28 Apr 2017. I registered the complaint on 29 Apr 2017. Complaint no HR[protected]. They agreed to replace the LED, but till date they did not change the LED. I called them several time. No satisfactory reply from Micromax team. Contact Person for replacement given by micromax is Mr. Naveen [protected]. I am mentally harassed by them. I have saved all the concerned recording and message of micromax.
