It is to bring to your kind notice that I purchased Micromax mobile on 31/12/2015. Its touch does not work as expected from a company like yours. When its memory was full, I purchased a memory card on Sony 16 GB recently but its slot does not work. I made a complaint to your goodself on 16/5/2016 and a gentle reminder on 20/5/2016. After that I got a call from your good office (Ms. Smiriti) of Gurgaon on 21/5/216 at 3.36pm (No: +[protected] . Ms Smiriti did not gave any satisfactory reply to my queries. She adviced me to visit D1, Ranjit Plaza, Adjoining Jeevan Plaza, Bhupindra Road Patiala.
I wish to inform your goodself that I had already visited the same Centre where I was asked to pay Rs 600/- for that repair. When warranty issue was discussed they immediately returmed the mobile and asked to talk to your good office.
These shops are almost 10-12 kms away from Punjabi University Patiala where I am working. I really feel very bad as to why I had purchased this mobile. From both the corners I am getting nothing more than mental harassment. I am unable to save very important informations in that mobile due to the reason mentioned above. It is also causing lot of mental harassment to me.
Would you please ask the service centre of your choice (if you cannot ask the one I had visited) to look into these problems?
