[Resolved]  Micromax Informatics — Repair of Micromax lapbook

Ours is a central Govt. office located at Ratnagiri in Maharashtra had purchased a lapbook (details attached) from Mumbai. Within two months it became spoiled & handed over to the local Micromax authorised service centre at Ratnagiri for repair. Now two months have passed no repair has been done & pulling the days.
