Request sir/madam, I had bought yu unicorn model: yu 5530. Model code:serymob016. Imei/esn no: [protected], [protected]. Last month it's a new mobile but it takes back to back problems. First it has batter has not 100%. Problem 9/10/2017 i went to service centre and they repaired again it has spikar problem. I went to service centre and they repaired. And again it gets network problem. Still not working it suddenly it gets switched off. I am using the mobile only 10days remains my mobile has keep in service center please just want it replace.
