Micromax Informatics — service center with 3rd class services

I gave my yureka y55+ for repairing. A phone of 12000 cost me 3000 for repairing even under warranty. The repairing took 2 months. And still there are certain problems. Such a slow service plus rude behavior of people whose job is registering the calls (The one who attends the customers) people over there make false commitments that we would receive the device in 1 week but it takes more than a month.
