Ir, i bought a yu5510 a hand set, dated on 29.09.16 my handset created issue battery problem & seat heated. I gone to service center 31.01.2017 first time, then i repeatedly gone there more than 10 times, the job sheet no is - e[protected], i contacts with service center over the phone more or less 50 times but they can't response. They said they didn't know when will be solve my handset problem, also i contacts with customer care no. I suffer this problem one and half month. If you will not solve my problem with in a week then i can do legal action against your company, i contact with my law year (Mr. Shibasis ghosh). Was this information helpful? |
