Q301 micromax phone 21/6/16 i purchased within one week i had a problem after that 15/7/16 i gave a complaint to near service center tambaram sanatorium, chennai, but they didnt give any complaint number and recept and they will take a month for rectifying the problem after delivery (18/8/16) i had a same problem faced again. (19/8/16) i given a mobile to a concern service center they are not giving answer properly and they try to cheat a customer. I am not able to do my work without my phone please consider it. 2 months passed taking mobile but till now no response is there, very bad and third class service. what can we do i[censored] taking our mobile phone for 2-3 motnhs. instead of that you should provide a phone till our phone get prepared. company just manipulate the peoples. micromax company is a big headache to the peoples. they does not listen to us.
