Ince then my phone has not been repaired. i have visited service center more than 20 times and still i am not given any information on whether my phone will be repaired or new phone will be given. mam working there told me new phone will be given and more than 20 days passed away, nothing happened. its been more than 2 months and still my phone is in service center.

Please take strict and appropriate measure to solve my problem
