I went to Hisar customer care of Micromax to get my phone checked it's touch was not working. I asked for a standby phone as the repairing was talking 7-10 days and I was not given a stand by phone. Kindly look forward to the situation. I have got important calls to attend I live far away from my home and I don't have any phone with me. What shall I do? Is that what company treats their customers like. They neglected them when the service is required, which is the main thing. Not expected from a reputable company.
