Hello,
I have raised ticket on 1ST July 2018 and Engg visited on 2 nd July to check my TV. After investigation he told that Board will be changed and it will take 3-4 days.
Now more then 8 days has passed but no update and every time on customer care no I am getting update it will be done sir ..please "WAIT".
My Television is under warranty and such frustrating service is provided to me. This is really not acceptable and please I need resolution on urgent basis.
