[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — The service center is pathetic and the service also | |||
Recently, i had visited micromax service centre in mumbai. The service itself is pathetic and the technician takes almost a month and more to repair the phones. Also, the technician creates additional problems in the phone instead of fixing the existing problem. Further the people working in the service center don't know how to talk to the customers and often provides solution which has no relation to the problem with the phone. My micromax led TV in warranty. on off problem and volume problems . I have not a customers care numbers so I submit complain. I round one month have dealer. so I very sad
