SER[protected] ref no generated from their site as on 23/06/2016
Dear sir/madam,
i had submitted my mobile as on 17/12/2015 vide job sheet number n[protected] but after replacement you provided me a faulty mobile handset.
After that you had generated a new job sheet vide job sheet no n09**************39 & i had received a message regarding delivery of my mobile within 2 days, but you are failed to do it.
Then you had delivered juice 2 mobile to me on 4-may 2016.But only after 1 month i had faced problems like hanging, battery overheating, black screen with boxes, touch problems, software problems also.So i visited service center and tried to submit my phone then at first they refused to submit it, but then they agree to submit it.That is submitted against vide job sheet no :- n09***************83.
Later i received a call from micromax regarding acceptance of juice 2, but i refused to get this headset back.Then he told me to visit service center & to generate a new job sheet regarding submission of headset.Then again new job sheet no. N09*****************7 generated as on[protected].
You all making me fool from last 7 months.But now i got tired from all of your service.I want my money back from you.
Now that is my last notice to you to refund my amount of 8000/- as purchasing amount of my mobile.
There is bank account details for refund :-
as that is my last notice so you have time to resolve my issue till 17/07/16 11:59:59 pm after that i have to file a case against your company to claim my mobile purchasing cost+travel expenses of 7 months+my losses because of your bad service with interest.
