[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Unethical behaviour and poor service from the employees at the service centre. | |||||
I submitted my micromax e313 handset at a micromax service centre at kalyan west on 7th, september 2016 and i have not got any rewerd from the centre uptill date. the mobile number of the centre is [protected]. one of the employee gave me false information on 01/10/16 that my model was sent to company to solve its motherboard issue, but when i went to the service centre on 10/10/16 they said me that they have not sent it to the company yet. and they did not gave me any information of the situation of my handset. they always say that they will call me back but never do so. one of the worst services i m expeariencing for the micromax service centre. now 35 days have passed they still have not taken any action on the issue of my handset. my job sheet no. is W[protected]. the empoylees at the centre dont provide correct information of the status. please take some imidiate actions on my querry.
