[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Unethical Behaviour from Staff | |||||
I ordered a battery (A310 )of mobile phone from Micromax Service center in Borivali west, Mumbai Shop name( D.R.Telecom). I received my battery IN A SEALED PLASTIC PACK OF MICROMAX within 10 days from date of payment (Rs 1200), Now that battery which i ordered again was defective (was not working after 2 months) and i went to store & ordered for replacement since it was under 6 months warranty, They told it will take 10 days to get it replaced, After 20 days since i didn't receive any calls from them to collect the battery i went to shop and they still didnt get it, I again went after 10 days again they told the same thing. I went around 1st August & the manager Mr. Shroff told me that micromax does not send any sealed batteries which is very hard to believe because when i paid & ordered battery they got it in sealed Plastic bag, Now they say it does not come however he still will try, So again i went on 12th August to collect but again this time he was rude & told that company does not send any battery in a sealed plastic bag, he told that he cant get sealed battery & if i want refund i have to submit the bill, When i got the bill he now says to come after 4 days to get refund even after having the bill, Basically he i trying to buy time & is avoid to give battery in a sealed pack, This is a serious issue which should be looked into.
