[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Unethical behaviour of Micromax staff | |||||
The service team is held responsible for their job being assigned to them. I was called by micromax team to collect my faulty handset, which i had given to solve my camera related problem, but it was not been solved and Mircomax is trying to handover me the faulty handset by giving their false and fake promises, after I make pressure on them to check my phone again then they accepted the problem still exits, this is the poor team of Micromax who are dumb and deaf which are not ready to listen to the customer problem, and asked me to submit the phone again for altst 30 odd days and if I asked them for stand-by phone excuses arises, I mean what is this yaar, and the store manager itself committed in written to deliver the stand-by handset to me, but he himself say's he can't provide. I have written a mail to micromax staff Mr Ravi Mehra (ravisingh.[protected]@micromaxinfo.com) the next day to solve the issue and guide their staff to behave well with the customers but nobody wish to revert on the mail after 7 odd days. this is your team dear Micromax on which basis you are clamming that you are becoming the large no of cell phone provider.
