Iam P. Prem Anand, working as Chief Manager in State Bank of India. Sir, purchased your Unite II model during July 2014. Being a banker, I had lot of contact numbers of my clients stored in the mobile. As my mobile did not function and frequently got hung, I gave it for servicing to M/s. Sana Communication, Naicker New Street, Madurai on 27.2.16. They received the mobile and just started loading the software in it without asking about the fault and without diagnosing the actual problem. Later, to my shock, they told me that all my contact numbers will be deleted. After loading the software, when they tried to restart the phone, it did not start and they tried to check the battery status which should have been done before loading the software. They made me wait from 12.15 PM to 1.45 PM and asked to come in the evening. When I went in the evening, they gave me another shock that the board in the phone has gone and it will cost Rs.5000. Thus, all the valuable information have been deleted, besides wastage of time. This is not the way. Many consumers turned up with complaints that the micromax phones which they bought 4 months back were not working now. Please improve the customer service and product quality.
