Hello Sir/ Mam,
My micromax mobile "juice q382" touch had been broken in 9th august. I had been submitting my mobile to micromax service center hisar 10th august. They told me your mobile would give within 10 days. I called them 21 august, They said till now parts is not available, We would handover next 7-10 days, on 31 August i would be call again, same answer back “till now parts is not available, We would handover next 7-10 days" But till today 10 September, they did not handover my mobile. They said " abi thik ni hua" I would be call on toll free number. A lady who attend my call also said "abi 21 days or lgenge".
Sir/Mam, I also inform you when i was purchased mobile "April 2016" till after 2 or 3 days, a touch problem came. I would give him to service center. They would hand our mobile after resolve my problem around 30 days. Till two days would use to go same touch problem rise again. Then i again submit in service center, this time they would hand our mobile after resolve my problem around 40 days and now this problem. I think, i had done a big mistake of purchased micromax mobile. Please guide me what i do. Was this information helpful? |
