I got Micromax e485 in the month of June 2016 which I met lots of issues in the product on few months and finally touch screen not working, finger sensor and call volume not audible. For that I went to micromax registered service centre in Chennai annanagar on 1st Dec with all the above issues and they ask me to get back within 10days.
After 10days I went back to collect the mobile but still I have the same issues which I raised and the team said again we have to send back head office to check another 10more days requried on that day itself. I am very disappointed which the commitment fails and with unsatisfied service the second job sheet received on 14th Dec.
After my regular follow-up get confirmation from the service center my mobile got ready and went to collect the mobile but still the issue not fixed and they requested me to wait for 2more days and got call on 05jan 2017 again we have to send back head office only still requried another 10 days.
Now almost 1month 6days completed still the issue is not fixed after 2attempt, now I am very depressed and I get feel on the micromax product never to buy on my future and if I get back the mobile after service too what is the guarantee that again no issues will occur on the mobile handset.
So need your update and solution.
