[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Worst service center experience | |||||
Marathalli, bengaluru service center guys are worst. I think they are getting paid to ensure that minimum number of customers retain micromax as a good brand for long run. They never listen to your complaints properly. Though there are five counters, you shall never ever see more than two girls on any given day at those counters, irrespective of the volume of the crowd. Other than formatting the phone, they do not have any technical knowledge of resolving any software issues in micromax phones. For any hardware related minor or major issues, they have only one solution: replace the part or assembly of parts with new ones from headquarters and which shall be somehow either chargeable to customer or shall take so long that when it is delivered back to customer it is outside of warranty period. The day is not far away when frustrated customers like us will teach these guys a tough lesson to remember lifelong through some hands on action at counters itself in this service center.
