Micromax Informatics — Worst service in your Andheri (W) service center

I have submitted my mobile for repair in your Andheri(W) service center and since then, its a nightmare. There is no update from them regarding the status and if we call to check, they are either switched off or the operator will keep the call on hold and never return back.

i am not sure if i am ever gonna get my handset back from your service center. The worst is the moment you enter the service center you will find customers flooded with complaints and the only response is the rude behaviour of the employees.
If this is your best service then the reason for Micromax not getting a hold in the market is quite obvious.

Updated by prtmshetty11 I have now received my phone from the service center but it's more worst now. It is disgusting that the original mobile battery is been replaced with a local China battery and the service center for obvious reasons is not ready to accept their fraud. Kindly assist on how to resolve this if this is not a general practice at micromax.
Can you plz stop hiring or outsourcing professional fraudsters at your service center as this is not one instance or with few customers. Many are going through this but the pain of complaining is not but by almost all as it may be of no use.
Hopeful of getting this heard to someone who can do the needful.
