From last 6 months iam facing software issue for my yu5510. I have paid till now 2100 amount to micromax service center rudra agency hyderabad to resolve my issue. I raised complaint to service center 3 times, but still it not resolved. 1st compliant: 22/04/2017 - paid 800 inr 2nd complaint: 09/09/2017 - paid 1300 inr 3rd compliant: 16/09/2017 - still not delivered my mobile it almost 45 days. My mobile camera lens ordered on 14.09.17 they are told me 15 day it will teak time ofter 15 days they called me but till now not call back. I m call to Wich is mentioned on receipt phone no on rech pls resolve my problem.
