Micromax — Issue With service center

Dear Sir, I have a micromax Canvas Hue. It has some complaint so i bought it to service center in Pallimukh(Ernakullam) they checked it and, they informed that there is a problem with mother board, If i want to go for warranty it will take around 30 days of time. I thought of taking the phone back and took it to Alleppey service center. i took it because alleppey was my Native Place. They told me the same issue so i asked them to go for warranty but they didn't took it as i was not carrying bill with me.. I bought it from ebay, so i asked them to send bill to my email id. i took a print out of bill then. For all this process it took three working days. I took a copy of the bill and brought it again to the ernakullam service center. This time they were not ready to take it for service, and they were giving me unwanted excuses. i asked them if they are not ready to take my phone for warranty they write in a paper and give it o me, for that also they were not ready. Their behavior was not at all bearable. Any way at the end of the day i was a big fool that i bought MICROMAX. now for changing motherboard i don't know how much should i have to spend. Buy one thing is sure i am gonna case against your service center with consumer court by tomorrow itself. Regards, Arpith Nair +[protected]
