Micromax Knight Cameo — service not giving the cell back.

on oct 2nd i bought a micromax knight cameo mobile no- [protected]. from store, but after a time it was having pcb hardware problem.., in which service center give me assurance of replacement of phone... and it has been now 3 months ... they are not giving my phone back... and they happily mocked me and consumer court by saying " what consumer forum will do in this.".. kindly requested you to look over this almaring situation and gives the consumer their satisfactory. enough said.! i would kindly request you to help me out in getting refund.
