Sir I have purchased
32Inch led tv for 3 years warranty. i have purchased the tv on 17.01.2017, my tv got problem on 03.07.2018. I have complained customer care. and techncian came on 07.07.2018 and told some back light problem. For that we need to carry to Service centre Nellore, which of 100 km and takes 3 hours joury. I requested to take my TV for repair centre because it was under warranty. the denied to take my tv . days passed . finallyt they have not agreed to take my tv . after so many mail and complaints i broght my tv to service centre with great difficulty on 28.07.2018 to Inian enterprises, nellore. till now tv is not ready . im suffering more. Since 03.07.2018 im not using my TV as the negligency of Micromax service. im regretting for buying that micro max TV which is workinng worstly. but service is also very worst. That Service centre people are not responding properly.
