Micromax Led Tv — In warranty repairs taking a very long tine

In warranty LED TV, sent to service center on 21th dec'16. Even after 10 days they donot have tha parts to repair the TV.
When contacted they say it will take more 15-20 days to receive the part and then 5-7 days to replace the part and return the TV.
So all in all previous 10 days and another 20-25 days to repair the TV.
Is this a joke on the psrt of Micromax that it takes around more than 1 month to replace a small part of a TV.

I have bought a tablet of Micromax and it has just been 2 months and it not getting charged.When i went to Service center they said there will be a charge of 3200.It should be in warranty but they say there is an internal damage.

I am planning to file a consumer case against you.

Mobile model- micromax q400.

this mobile is in warranty. its just 5 months. firstly it was restarting then one day stop working.
