Micromax — Long delay in repairing the Handset

Hi, I submitted my Canvas turbo A250 which is covered in Warrenty at your service centre in Malviya Nagar on 27/10/2014 for repair as it was causing lots of trouble to me.On submission I was asked to collect the handset in 2-3 working days and now also after 45 days they are still saying me same thing.I contacted your service center 9-10 times and eyery time they told me to wait for another week, same happened yesterday also.Please help me. My Job sheet no. is N[protected].
