I have purchased Micromax A76 model last year in october. My mobile is under warranty. In May, my mobile encountered Hang problems and was sent to company for repairs. It took 45 days. Now the mobile has got display problems and the service centre tells me that they will take my phone for repair and the repair will take more 15-20 working days.I want to ask whether should I use my mobile or send it to your services centres for repairing constantly.In my 12 month warranty the mobile is kept in your company for 3 months and its totally unfair. I am not satisfied with the services of micromax and their mobiles too.I want my mobile to be repaired as early as possible or else I will complain to consumer forum Was this information helpful? |
