Micromax Magnus A117 — My external and Internal SD cards are fully free but still "storage running out of space"

[protected] the problem was from many days. But on this particular day even though i deleted each and every app from my phone. Still it shows "storage space running out" Tell me the solution. I am unable to download any app because of this.. even though there is full space in my SD cards
