I have purchased my Canvas Turbo A250 on 2-Jan-14 and within3months it has stopped working. it is getting restarted every now and then. It is giving error then process android.com has stopped. Have also visited service center and they say there is issue in PCB and need to replace which can has 35days of SLA. How do u justify this 35 days of SLA? If it is 35 days SLA then what is the alternative solution for customer?
I had called to Customer Care number [protected] but it said that I need to write to this. It would be great if you can provide me with a person having authority to take any decision.
It’s highly disappointing and pathetic. I will never purchase any Micromax product ever in further. will also spread the same on Social Network.
