Dear Sir, I have given below product 20 days back for repair on your shop / service centre ( ARORA MOBILES) & didn’t received any receipt of the date. It’s have not been resolved till the date. Even though not getting satisfactory reply from your team and same answer all the time that, you didn’t got approval for the same from office… ****************** Routers FSN: RTRDTCZJTYZ9WFUV WID: L43263 Micromax 440W Router with Power Bank (White) 5.00% CST 1. [IMEI/Serial No: V[protected] If is it nor repairable then kindly replace with new one as its under warranty. We bought to use service of this, not to keep in your shop. Its have taken lots of time & visit many times in their store. Finally, I got new device against my defected defected device as its replaced by Micromax team. And its working properly! Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
