Sir i am complaining continuously to micromax they call me but said, will call back by senior they try this cheap trick many time on me but not resolve my problem.

i have micromax canvas turbo a250, imei [protected]( slot 1 ) and [protected]( slot 2) . i purchased it on 25 jan 2015, from that time i continously facing problem of phone heating and touch hang on incoming call, i cant attend call when touch is hanged . so i went to service center, they format it and given back me but problem was same continuously i again went to company, and again and again but not solved the problem . after that they send my phone to delhi in head service center for previous problem and screen flicking . i received my phone last week after 21 days . but again face same problem yesterday 3-4 time . now i have no believe on customer care and your repairing service . so i want to change my phone with new one so i can get relief. but service man is saying you have to wait of 45 days . i cant do this, i have not another phone so i want new phone in minimum days . so please do another process and send me a new phone .
in absence of same model micromax a250, then which one model will you send, i want minimum these features as a250
at least 13 mp and 5 mp camera or more
equal 1.5 ghz or more processor
2 gb ram
1080*1940 p resolution secreen atleast 441 ppi
magetometer ( compass)
16 gb internal memory
slim model
metalic body
microsim slot
so which model will u send, i want to know in advance before sending my phone in head office .
if you coudn't reply my mail or call back or ignore it, i am already frustrated, then i have to go consumer court i cant wait for 45 days blindly for unknown model . i want all detail in advance .
