Since more than Two months my mobile is under advanced repair Micromax center /delayed / no coordination from dealer or helpline in letting me know the deadline for repairs & arrogant behavior – I am just being informed that my cell phone is under repair.They are saying from first day i called them that your phone is under repair and will be given to to you in 20 days.This is the thing they say only nothing else no update, Due to which I am feeling insecure and being cheated.I am suffering very much without my android phone. My expectation is my cell is under warranty period & why shall I face the product related issue when I was been assured for the durability of the product. I expect Bill amount 6000/-Rs refunded for my mobile or my phone should be Replaced.
