I purchased micromax blaze EG116 on 2nd April 2015, within 2 weeks touch screen not worked properly. I showed set to Rohini, Sector – 8 service centre and after getting surety that I will get back the set within 10 to 15 days, I submitted set there. N[protected] Date – 27/04/2015. Now after 22 days they are saying that some part is not available so still mobile not get repaired. My work and time is suffering alot due to this delay. Can you help me in this ?
