[Resolved] Micromax — micromax canvas 2 plus problems

I have purchased micromax canvas 2 plus a110q in june 2013 but now its showing problems like memory card space get automatically filled files like hpns folder ; exception.log keep on accumulating and use around 5-6 gb space
Phone get shut down automatically battery's stand by time is hardly 2-3 hours i have visited service centre few times everytime they reset and says virus problem speaker of phone is not working properly in short this phone is about to dead its only 10 month and this phone has gone this is poor performanc by micromicromax kindly consider my problem and replace this phone to solve this
